I’m new with this company, but the 2 people I spoke with, were very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was originally told I wouldn’t be able to have it hooked up for 10 days, however Austin stopped by to see what all I needed to get internet going and was able to fit me in already today, Austin was very friendly and knowledgeable and fast. Awesome experience so far, I would highly recommend WCTA.

We got WCTA internet and tv about 2 months ago and could not be happier. Our previous internet provider was a satellite dish. It was not reliable and we questioned many times why we even had it.
WCTA is fast and always ready. Same with the tv, it's just perfect for our needs. Thank you, WCTA!

We've never had internet issues with WCTA since we started using their services in 2023. Super fast internet, and all my interactions with staff have been positive whenever I've had any questions!

We have been with WCTA for years, our Fiber Optic internet is never down, always reliable and fast. I work remotely, my co-workers struggle to stay online. I decided to write a review, to show my appreciation for the dependable service.

I love wcta i am constantly being blown away by the level of customer care they provide. I was scheduled for an appointment today for having internet issues in the afternoon but had some stuff come up and had to cancel.. within 10 min our local tech (Nick) called me said he had logged into my router and saw i wasnt getting the speeds i should be getting and went out of his way to get it fixed this morning since this afternoon no longer worked for me.. thank you Nick, it is refreshing to see techs care about their customers.

Ive been a long time customer with WCTA for 20 plus years and have received home phone, cable, and Internet service. Now I am just on their Internet service just because several years ago I went with strictly cell phone and for tv viewing I use an antenna and streaming services with my Smart TV. I pay just under $50 for their Internet service which is the cheapest plan they have. I've been happy with the service they have provided thru the years.

Customer service is great! Quality of service is very good! Techs are very knowledgeable and even work weekends! For someone like myself who lives on a very limited income, their prices are little high. Other than price though, I've been a very happy customer of WCTA for over 6 years!

Great job Installing my updated fiber optic equipment!! My TV, PS4, and Blu-ray Player are all hardwired into my "important electronics" that I value my high-speed internet. Tech was thinking, easy 30 minute update to my families home. Nope, I had questions and the tech had no problem spending 2 hours at my home. He was so cool. Helpful with even my TP-LINK WIFI EXTENDER. Finding a great place that I can use my internet in my gazebo during summer months.
Seen comment someone praising mediacom....lol! If you like one technician for a 90 mile radius. And your appointment with mediacom will last only....ONE HOUR PERIOD, TOPS!
Conclusion, none of of that fancy hard-wiring, wifi extender install, and Speed Tests, would have never occured with media-com! WCTA TREATS Your house like their own.
Ask me if you have any questions regarding WCTA. They went above and beyond, of what they were responsible for.
