Your Telecom Bill Explained

Understanding Your Bill

WCTA bills monthly, however, your first bill will be prorated based on your date of install and will be higher than your typical monthly bill.

Bills are mailed towards the end of the month, and you should receive them around the 1st of the month. If you have selected WCTA’s Automatic Payment plan, your account balance will be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card on the 6th or 18th of the month. If the 6th or 18th falls on a weekend or a holiday, the process will occur on the first business day following the 6th or 18th. There is no charge for this service.

If you have signed up for Paperless billing, you will receive an email notification when your invoice is ready to view. Invoices are typically ready to view the last week of the month.

Bills are due on the 20th of the month. Payments made after the 20th (or the first business day following the 20th, in the case of a weekend or holiday) may be subject to a $5 late fee and potential disconnection. Services that are disconnected for non-payment are subject to reconnect fee(s).

Vacation Rates

Service can be suspended at a reduced rate and your number retained when you are away from your residence. During this time, your leased equipment remains in place. There may be a charge for service reconnection. Call our office for details.

Create a Bill Pay Account

Reset Your Bill Pay Password

WCTA cannot see your password and thus is unable to retrieve it for you. To retrieve a forgotten password, please follow these instructions.
