Online Return and Exchange Policy

Certain items purchased from Winnebago Cooperative Telecom Association Online may be eligible for refund if requested within 15 days from day of purchase. All Online refunds require proof of purchase, written prior approval, and can only be credited to previous credit card sales. All returned goods for refund or exchanges that are shipped to and from customer are subject to customer shipping and handling charges.
